Job Overview: Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions across various modules.

The successful candidate will lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations/solutions.
  • Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Workday Pro Certifications.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of multiple Workday modules: HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
