Key Responsibilities:- Develop Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote Products/Services: Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client objectives.
- Sales Support: Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc., provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Staff Development: Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
