About the Role

About You

  • A Ph.D. in Management (Retail/Marketing), Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university is required.
  • At least 15 years of academic/industry experience in Retail Management or allied areas are essential.
  • A proven track record in strategic planning, institution building, and curriculum development is necessary.
  • Strong research credentials with publications in peer-reviewed journals and experience guiding doctoral scholars are expected.

Preferred Background

  • Demonstrated expertise in outcome-based education (OBE), accreditation processes, and integration of industry practices into academics is beneficial.
  • Active engagement with the retail sector through consulting, research, or collaboration projects is preferred.
