Job Title: Director of Retail Excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Visionary leadership with the ability to build and lead academic teams
  • Expertise in retail innovation, omni-channel strategies, customer experience design, and retail analytics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to align academic outcomes with the university's mission and industry needs

Preferred Background:

  • Demonstrated expertise in outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation processes
  • Active engagement with the retail sector through consulting, research, or collaboration projects
