Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to assume the role of Business System Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in application development, infrastructure architecture, and research with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the technology industry.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical topics to a non-technical audience. They will also have strong stakeholder management and partnering skills, as well as a delivery-focused, result-oriented leadership style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on project progress and results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably related to application development, infrastructure architecture, and research
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills
  • Delivery-focused, result-oriented leadership style
