Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in Ontario, Canada.

You will work independently to resolve customer inquiries, provide solutions to any issues, and offer the best of our services. Your communication skills must reflect a highly professional manner with an empathetic approach.

The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking problem solver who can work under pressure. They must be punctual, have fantastic customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should also have a knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email support.
  • Work from home with reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop/PC, headphone, and smart phone.
  • Candidates should be well-versed with office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., and ready to learn new tools if required.

The recruitment process involves multiple rounds of interviews, including an India office interview, Head Quarter (Canada) office interview, and trial period.
