Decision Manager Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Decision Manager to design and implement data management systems that drive business growth.

  • Analyzing and optimizing decision models to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce risk is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives is also essential.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in FICO DMP, FICO PLOR, FICO Blaze/FICO OMDM
  • Strong background in Auto Loan, Secured and Unsecured Loan, Credit Card, Consumer Cards, Collection Platform, UIL or Telecom domains
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
