Business Process Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement efficient business solutions using Odoo ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Develop detailed process maps and documentation to guide implementation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in diverse industries, with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Odoo ERP modules and configurations, with a deep understanding of its architecture.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, sales, supply chain, and other critical areas.
  • Experience with SQL and database management, including data migration and integration.
  • Familiarity with Python and other scripting languages is an asset.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
