Roles & Responsibilities:

● Analyze business processes and provide ERP functional consulting.

● Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications.

● Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions.

● Develop process documentation and training materials.

● Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training.

● Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management.

● Work closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.

● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

● Travel for on-site client support as needed.
