We are seeking skilled programmers to join our team at Programmers.IO. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IBMi and Infor XA/Mapics.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to provide technical support and development services for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining and enhancing existing applications affected by Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and process changes.

  • Proficient in updating existing XA reports and applications using SQL.
  • Familiarity with XA Tables and database management systems.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining and enhancing existing ERP applications.
  2. Providing technical support for ERP system upgrades and implementations.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  4. Developing and implementing custom business objects in integration.
  5. Modifying Powerlink user exits, Green screen user exits, and Infor XA programs as needed.
  6. Participating in release upgrades and deploying PTFs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with Infor XA/Mapics and IBMi.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
