A Market Strategist position has emerged in our organization, focusing on establishing a strong foothold in the Indian market. This role requires an individual to spearhead client projects, providing actionable insights, valuable connections, and dedicated support to navigate the complex Indian landscape effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research on relevant industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments for client projects.
  • Map the intricate regulatory and compliance landscape in India, preparing detailed reports for clients.
  • Maintain a database of potential Indian distributors, agents, vendors, and trade associations relevant to clients.
  • Support partner identification and outreach by contacting distributors, channel partners, and associations on behalf of clients.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables: presentations, reports, and market-entry playbooks tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with international clients on timelines, queries, and progress updates.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Assist business development by drafting proposals, case studies, and insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA/PGDM is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in research, consulting, international trade, or business development. Fresher MBAs with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong analytical & research abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication (English mandatory; knowledge of another foreign language is beneficial).
    • Ability to create structured presentations & reports.
    • Good knowledge of the Indian regulatory and business environment.
    • Familiarity with B2B databases, and research tools.
    • Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
