Full-Funnel Campaign Specialist

To excel in this role, you must be a highly analytical and creative individual with exceptional skills in managing and optimizing ad spend on Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate will have experience running full-funnel campaigns and possess a strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and CAC.

You will be responsible for building and scaling campaigns using real strategy, testing ad creatives, writing compelling hooks and headlines, and producing clear daily reports.

This is a full-time remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing company and grow professionally. The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to take feedback on board, and thrive in an environment where initiative, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ad spend on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns using real strategy.
  • Use spreadsheets and dashboards to analyze performance metrics.
  • Test ad creatives and lead the ideas and structure.
  • Write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy.
  • Produce clear daily reports and be accountable for numbers.

Requirements:

  • Highly analytical and confident with maths.
  • Experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance.
  • Eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative.
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and continuously improve.
