Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President - Product Management to join our team. As a key member, you will lead and manage multiple complex technical products across different teams and departments with a global reach.

Your primary objective will be to ensure RateGain belongs to the tech ecosystem in its key markets and that our product is aligned with our strategic partners. These partners will be across categories like Payment, PMS, OTAs, RMS, and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product vision, define the product roadmap, and involve in direct product development and execution.
  • Ensure a high return on investment (ROI) on your product.
  • Identify and articulate problem statements clearly, deep dive into solutioning, manage solution delivery, communicate requirements accurately, and anticipate potential flaws.
  • Understand market trends, define and lead product vision, product lines, and competition extremely well, and operate with confidence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, with minimum 10+ years of experience in Enterprise level B2B Product Management and minimum 6+ years in team management.
  • Hands-on understanding of 3rd party APIs & Integrations, technology involved in stability, reliability, and security of product, OAM (Operations, Administration, Maintenance), Reports, Analytics, Reconciliation, etc., involved in an Enterprise level B2B Products.
  • Work Experience in travel & hospitality B2B product will be mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
