Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of D365 Functional Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, data migration deliverables, interface design documents, and functional design documents.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional functional knowledge of the D365 products and be well-versed in advanced tools and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delight Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve mutual goals.
  • Consulting Services: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Conduct business and systems analysis and documentation.
  • Design and Analysis: Design and analyze product gaps against standard product functionality.
  • Documentation: Produce design, system, user, and procedural documentation.
  • Application Configuration: Configure and set up applications.
  • Training and Support: Provide system training to internal and external clients.
  • Development and Testing: Liaise with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time and conduct testing.
  • Data Migration Strategies: Design and execute data migration strategies.
  • Go-Live Support: Offer go-live and post-live support.

Additional requirements include outstanding people management skills, the ability to lead a team, and demonstrating capacity to plan, prioritize, and organize time, project schedules, and multiple project activities.
