**Job Title:** X++ Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled X++ developer to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and customizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with an emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, scalable D365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Benchmark and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate technical specifications into actionable requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for improved performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain seamless integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Ensure data migration activities meet integrity and quality standards.
  • Provide clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, product information management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
