Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled engineer to join our technology team in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge drone systems for industrial applications.

The role involves building reliable drones with integrated IoT sensors and payloads, ensuring seamless communication between drones, ground stations, and cloud platforms.

This is an ideal position for engineers passionate about combining mechanical, electrical, and software systems to deliver innovative drone-based solutions.

  • Design and assemble drones for safety-critical applications.
  • Integrate various payloads such as thermal cameras, LiDAR, gas detectors, and multispectral sensors.
  • Work on propulsion systems, aerodynamics, flight stability, and endurance optimization.
  • Perform prototype testing, field trials, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Develop and integrate sophisticated flight control systems.
  • Program onboard processors for autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and data acquisition.
  • Integrate drones with advanced IoT platforms, cloud dashboards, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Work with real-time communication protocols for telemetry.
  • Develop comprehensive ground control interfaces for drone operation and safety monitoring.
  • Create customized drone solutions for safety inspections, accident investigations, and hazardous area monitoring.
  • Deploy drones for scaffolding inspection, confined space monitoring, and environmental safety audits.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing EHS management software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in drone/UAV development and software integration.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded programming (C/C++/Python).
  • Hands-on experience with flight controllers, autopilot systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools for drone design.
  • Knowledge of IoT communication protocols and cloud integration.
  • Proficiency in computer vision, SLAM, AI/ML.
  • Understanding of aviation safety and drone certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with drone swarming, BVLOS, and autonomous missions.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered aerial analytics.
  • Familiarity with edge AI frameworks.
  • Prior experience in industrial inspection, construction monitoring, or emergency response drones.
