Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategically leading and managing the GRC team to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
  • Serving as the primary contact for central risk and compliance functions.
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring audit-readiness, and managing the GRC roadmap.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Risk Management to drive business success.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in designing ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture, overseeing integrations, platform scalability, and security to ensure seamless operations. They will also configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance) to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields is essential.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Showcase your ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting.
