Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and contribute to shaping the technology and product roadmap. As part of our fast-paced Enterprise Personalization portfolio, you will play a crucial role in delivering next-generation global marketing capabilities.

This position involves working with a talented team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Pyspark, Java, and more. Your expertise in test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps practices will enable us to release robust products that exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for crafting test strategies, developing and executing automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product releases. If you have a passion for quality assurance, automation, and engineering excellence, we want to hear from you

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Pytest and Behave.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert advice on testing methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate large-scale data processing pipelines using Pyspark and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for complex software systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers to drive improvements in code quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of testing frameworks and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation and architecture.
  • Expertise in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks like Pytest, Unittest, or Behave.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
