Job Title: Big Data Analytics Specialist

Hadoop Spark and Hive are at the core of our big data strategy. As a Big Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems using Hadoop and Spark technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL processes using Hadoop and Spark to extract insights from large datasets.\
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Beam and Cloud Composer.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into various business applications.\
  • Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy.\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in big data analytics.\
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with data modeling.\
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of data querying concepts.\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.\
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.\
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
