We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network issues in a global environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Cisco routing technologies, the ability to coordinate with global service providers, and a strong track record of ensuring uninterrupted network availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 24/7 network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues in collaboration with global service providers.
  • Ensure high global network uptime and rapid restoration of services.
  • Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies.
  • Provide support for switching and firewall operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification (mandatory).
  • At least 67 years of proven experience in network engineering and support.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Switching and Firewalls.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving network outages.
