Pavement Design Professional

At the forefront of innovative infrastructure development, we seek a skilled Pavement Design Professional to join our team. This pivotal role encompasses the design of new pavement structures and the evaluation/rehabilitation of existing pavements using international standard procedures and criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing new pavement structures and evaluating/rehabilitating existing pavements using international standard procedures and criteria such as AASHTO, Austroads, USACE, etc.
  • Mechanistic design and finite element modelling, as well as empirical design methods.
  • Preparing scope of works and tender documents for pavement assessment testing programmes.
  • BIM modelling for pavement design, including thorough knowledge of Civil 3D, REVIT, and NAVISWORKS.

Requirements Summary:

  • Expertise in pavement design, geotechnical background, and knowledge of pavement construction materials specifications.
  • Ability to work on various types of pavements and preparation of technical reports and presentations.

Pavement Design Experience:

  • 2-10 years experience in pavement design for infrastructure projects, including roads, airports, ports, and industrial floors.
  • Familiarity with local country codes and international standards for pavement design.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pavement design principles, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials. Proficiency in BIM software and a strong analytical mindset are also essential for success in this role.
