Job Title: Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in performance marketing to lead our paid acquisition and retention campaigns.

  • Develop and optimize full-funnel paid marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and mobile user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and improve retention metrics.
  • Lead the development of WhatsApp Business APIs using platforms like Zoko, WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, or similar tools.
  • Implement and manage retention platforms such as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent.
  • Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and messaging funnels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years at a leading D2C brand.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and mobile user acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and retention metrics.
  • Proven experience with WhatsApp Business APIs via Zoko, WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with retention platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Tag Manager, Excel, or Tableau.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
  • A strong portfolio or examples of campaigns that scaled revenue and improved retention.
