Marketing Performance Specialist Job Description

This is a key role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The Marketing Performance Specialist will be responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics for global marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline contributions across regional business units.

  • Key Deliverables:
  • Lead end-to-end reporting and analytics for global marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline contributions across regional business units.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on forecasting of marketing results to optimize marketing investments.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and integrity of marketing data using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Power BI.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership, offering insights into marketing performance and ROI.
Role Responsibilities
  • Main Objectives:
  • Develop and manage reporting for marketing campaign performance, including lead generation and pipeline contributions.
  • Lead strategic insight and forecasting for marketing results, setting and monitoring performance targets.
  • Oversee marketing technology and data governance, ensuring accurate tracking and data flow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between corporate marketing and regional teams, supporting the global tracking and measurement efforts.
