Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the link between the company and its Board of Directors
  • Maintain physical and electronic registers under applicable Acts and Rules
  • Draft board resolutions and minutes
  • Assist in conducting AGMs and other shareholder and board meetings
  • Prepare Annual Reports
  • Explain records to statutory auditors and secretarial auditors
  • Execute compliance actions under SEBI Regulations and Companies Act
  • Prepare and file statutory forms on MCA/Government websites
  • Print documents in hard copy
  • Assist with ESOS-related matters


Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience as a Company Secretary in listed companies
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
