Learning Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Solutions Manager to oversee the development and execution of both retail certification programs and bespoke learning journeys for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key projects (training, assessments, consulting) with high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee program execution with a team, ensuring seamless learner experience.
  • Support sales with insights, proposals, and account engagement.
  • Mentor junior staff, refine processes, and contribute to content development.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years in program/project management (HR, consulting, or L&D preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and process skills.
  • Ability to manage both high-volume programs and customized projects.
