Lead Career Services and Campus Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced placement professional to spearhead our career services function and drive campus recruitment initiatives. The successful candidate will possess strong industry connections, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree or equivalent experience in corporate relations, business development, sales, or relevant roles. They should have a robust network of senior-level contacts across various industries, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Recruitment: Foster strategic partnerships with leading organizations to translate relationships into quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Strategic Industry Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and secure distinguished guest speakers.
  • Forge High-Impact Connections: Create and manage a portfolio of corporate engagement opportunities, including sourcing live projects and establishing robust mentorship programs.
  • Career Services & Placements: Lead the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless and valuable relationship.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate/MBA degree or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in business development, sales, or relevant role
  • Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented
