Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Project Planning Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for project planning, scheduling and tracking of the project on a periodic basis through weekly and monthly progress reports based on inputs from the HOD Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and market rates, hands-on experience with estimation softwares and MS Excel, excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

  • B.E./ M.E. in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation softwares and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to meet project timelines.
  2. Monitor project budgets, update forecasts based on scope changes, and maintain inflation-adjusted cost databases.
  3. Collaborate with design, execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
  4. Identify potential cost variances, maintain historical data, and implement mitigation strategies for financial control.
  5. Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works; develop detailed cost projections and review BBS.
