Job Title: Financial Planning Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to play a key role in analyzing investment opportunities and driving meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of potential investments, considering macro and microeconomic factors. They will also prepare investment memos for presentation to the investment committee.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investments, including financial statement review, industry research, and market trends analysis.
  • Investment Memo Preparation: Prepare comprehensive investment memos for presentation to the investment committee, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Engage with external diligence agencies and lawyers to finalize due diligence and transaction documents.
  • Post-Investment Monitoring: Monitor investee companies post-investment and take corrective steps as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate with investors through various channels, providing regular updates on investment performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA
  • Experience: 0-5 years in debt investments/credit evaluation
  • Skills: In-depth understanding of financial statements, insolvency laws, and database management; strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
