Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis team is to provide strategic financial support to the organization by analyzing business data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis and planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models and reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and insights that inform business strategy.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to stakeholders.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
- CA qualification is mandatory.
