Job Summary:

  • The Role of a Business Operations Manager is to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, providing support to users, and contributing to process optimization.
  • Key Responsibilities Include Managing and Overseeing ERP Operations Across Modules Such as Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
  • Responsible for Handling Data Entry, Validation, and Reporting to Maintain Accuracy and Compliance.
  • Support End-users by Resolving Functional and Technical Issues Related to ERP.
  • Generate, Analyze, and Share MIS Reports, Dashboards, and Custom Reports as Per Business Needs.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams and Vendors for ERP Enhancements, Upgrades, and Troubleshooting.
  • Ensure Timely Billing, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Payment Tracking Using ERP.
  • Provide Training and Support to New Team Members on ERP Processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven Hands-on Experience in ERP (2–5 Years).
  • Good Understanding of Real Estate/Construction Business Processes.
  • Strong Knowledge of Modules Such As CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Generate Insightful MIS Reports.
  • Strong Problem-solving, Communication, and Coordination Skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently as Well as in a Team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, Etc.) or Equivalent.
  • Prior Work Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Related Industries Will Be an Added Advantage.
