Job Description\helpers for this role include overseeing the setup and teardown of scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections to prevent accidents.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate scaffolding operations to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
  2. Supervise scaffolding installers and maintainers to guarantee proper installation and upkeep.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures before each work period or after any alterations, adjusting, or exposure to inclement weather.
  4. Develop and implement a tagging system to track and manage scaffolding equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in the oil and gas industry with similar experience.
  • Scaffolding Knowledge: Through understanding of scaffolding scope of work, including types, materials, and erection procedures for various elevations.
  • Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate records for progress monitoring of scaffolding activities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
