Falcon Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with proven expertise in managing ad spends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.
  • Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month with a focus on ROI & performance improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis, reporting to drive decision-making & continuous optimization.
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (SEO, design, and content) for cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with large budgets.
  • Expertise in handling monthly ad spends.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Data Studio.
  • Experience across all Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
