Visual Designer

We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer who can turn ideas into clear, intentional visuals rooted in strong design principles. As a key member of our team, you'll create and apply brand guidelines across all outputs, craft motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Your expertise will also be used to build templates and scalable assets that other teams can use independently, design for events and print, from trade show booths to the details that shape the offline experience, work with marketing on campaigns, social, advertising, and collateral, and collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to high-profile projects while working remotely or hybrid, with a choice between our Pune or Delhi office. You'll enjoy a supportive environment where feedback is given directly and respectfully, and collaboration is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A strong grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals
  • Confidence working in Figma and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • A portfolio that shows range across brands, products, and motion
  • Strong storytelling skills
