Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of technical projects.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, QA, product owners, and stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Agile Methodologies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
  • Technical Documentation: Ensure that technical documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Post-Project Reviews: Drive post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve future execution and project management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Affiliations and Certifications: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other iterative development methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project). PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Skillset and Personality: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams.
