Technical Project Manager Pega

About the Job:

This role requires a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of Pega development and delivery. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to Pega architecture, integrations, and SDLC methodologies.

The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. They will utilize their expertise to provide technical guidance and oversight, collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega development projects
  • Utilize deep Pega knowledge to provide technical guidance and oversight
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Oversee Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
  • Drive integration efforts across systems
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Mentor and lead technical teams
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10-12 years of IT experience with significant exposure to Pega development and delivery
  • Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or equivalent Pega certification
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and SDLC methodologies
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale Pega projects end-to-end
  • Excellent project management skills with experience using Agile/Scrum and traditional waterfall methodologies
