Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Agile project manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute Agile sprints, ensuring alignment with project goals.">
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members to drive project success.">
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and remove impediments as needed.">
  • Support teams in adopting Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.">
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria.">
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and track tasks.">
  • Provide coaching and guidance on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to improve team dynamics and performance.">

Key Qualifications :

  • ">
  • Hands-on experience with REST API development using Java Spring Boot.">
  • Strong technical expertise in Agile project management.">
  • Familiarity with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, or Kafka is a plus.">
  • Strong understanding of team dynamics, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.">
  • Ability to effectively use project management and collaboration tools.">
  • Proven experience coaching teams to adopt Agile practices and improve their delivery capabilities.">
