Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end technical project delivery within the retail/personal banking domain.

- Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams, leveraging domain expertise to drive alignment and trust.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables in cloud-native environments.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams using Python and modern cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery on scope, time, and budget.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks by understanding both technical and functional dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of overall experience, with proven project management track record in tech-led environments.

- Strong domain knowledge and project experience in retail or personal banking.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - must be able to articulate the cloud tech stack used and project context.

- Proficiency in Python - scripting, automation, or integration experience required.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
