Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee Datacenter Operations and Implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and driving operational excellence in datacenter environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage datacenter operations, infrastructure implementation, and migration projects.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver technical projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Oversee datacenter facilities, including server, storage, virtualization, and networking components.
  • Ensure uptime, capacity planning, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and documentation for better efficiency.
  • Manage project risks, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, ITIL processes, and security guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to achieve project milestones.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in Datacenter Operations, Infrastructure Implementation, and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of server hardware, storage, networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup solutions.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering datacenter projects.
  • Hands-on exposure to incident, change, and problem management.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration/hybrid datacenter environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
