Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview
\The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in QA/QC, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance across real estate development projects.

- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify any defects or deviations from established quality standards.\
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects.\
- Review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications to guarantee adherence to established quality standards.\
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards through proactive monitoring and reporting of non-compliances.\
- Lead and train QA/QC team members to maintain high-quality performance and ensure effective implementation of quality control measures.\
- Manage and maintain accurate quality records and documentation to facilitate seamless auditing and evaluation processes.\
Eligibility Criteria:
\A minimum of 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the real estate or construction industries, coupled with a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
