Senior Software Engineer Position Overview

This is a highly skilled role within the software development team, responsible for delivering complex applications and systems from initial concept to deployment.

The successful candidate will be an expert in full stack development, with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and C# .Net. They will have a proven track record of designing and developing high-quality software products that meet business requirements.

  • This position involves performing detailed analysis and design of systems and applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Analysis and Design: Perform thorough analysis and design of systems and applications to meet business needs.
  • Software Development: Design and develop complex applications using C# .Net and other technologies.
  • Integration Builds: Produce integration builds to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for developed applications.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and participate in their implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably with leadership skills.
Primary Skills:
  • Expertise in Agile Development, C# .Net, and full stack development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing high-quality software products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in mobile development (Xamarin).
Secondary Skills:
  • Leadership skills, including big picture/strategic thinking, and talent management.
