Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of various projects in Haryana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, progress, risks, dependencies, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Develop strategic and short-term project plans, utilizing tools for monitoring progress and managing escalations.
  • Lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs, contributing to organizational learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute strategic and short-term project plans.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, particularly in the context of education and non-profit sectors.
