Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to assist our project team in completing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

This includes establishing project schedules, coordinating tasks, providing reporting, collecting client requirements, validating configuration settings, managing progress on gap items, and delivering product implementations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project schedules and defining deliverables based on project scope, tracking and managing milestones and customer-reported issues, communicating status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, scope amendments, and key customer communication archives.

Additionally, they will create and manage configuration documentation for client projects, serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, work closely with Product Development and Engineering to resolve complex issues, provide regular input to management on process improvements and best practices, track individual and team time reporting for assigned projects, and ensure compliance with budgeted labor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry, strong project management skills including building detailed project plans highlighting milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, proven ability to track and enforce project plans ensuring stakeholder accountability and timely completion.

They should also have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, reporting and analytics tools, and work management platforms like Wrike or Smartsheet, with a focus on problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
