Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing profiles for open roles within our organization and assisting the recruitment team in managing our hiring pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to build talent pipelines and source candidates through various channels
  • Identifying and engaging active and passive candidates using alternative search techniques
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts and provide data-driven insights
  • Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to store and manage candidate pools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and analyze reports
  • Strong candidate interviewing skills
  • Understanding of recruitment process systems
  • Process-oriented approach with a commitment to defining and documenting processes

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment for technology businesses
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals)
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management
