Ambitious DevOps Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain reliable and efficient cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, and VPC">
  • Implement automation tools: Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, and YAML to streamline provisioning and management of AWS resources">
  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline">
  • Promote a No-Ops model by striving for console-less experiences and self-healing systems">
  • Experience with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes">
  • Participate in project planning and validation phases to identify risks">
  • Evaluate and design upcoming deliverables, strategize plans, and assist DevOps engineers in technical requirements">
  • Develop and implement new delivery environments and tune existing ones">
  • Assist the development and operations teams in adopting proposed tools and methods">
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools">
  • Implement automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Groovy">
  • Administer and optimize tools like Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Artifactory, and Nexus">
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes">
  • Manage infrastructure and deployment on AWS or GCP">
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in Linux-based environments">
  • Evaluate and recommend security best practices to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of DevOps processes">
  • Troubleshoot web and backend applications and issues">
  • Familiarity with multi-tier applications">
  • Knowledge of AWS security, application security, and security best practices">
  • Analyze security reports, sonarqube profiles, and gates">
  • Ability to draft solutions to improve security based on reporting">
  • Lead and implement complex solutions that scale, are highly available, and meet business needs">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and ecosystem">

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and DevOps, CI/CD principles">
  • Hands-on experience with Private & Public Cloud">
  • Strong understanding of integration techniques, scripting languages like Shell, Perl, Python">
  • Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools: Ansible, Terraform, and Gitlab CI">
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes">
  • Desirable: Experience with GCP/Azure and certifications like BigQuery and Vertex AI">
