Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-obsessed Property Deal Analyst to help us evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you will be trusted to review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and ultimately decide whether deals stack — which means your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • A love for working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to handle important decisions under pressure
  • A willingness to welcome feedback and constantly improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
