Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale transformation projects, focusing on organization change management. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex change initiatives, leveraging your expertise in technology and non-technology driven transformations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading organization change management tracks in large-scale transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Working as an effective change management consultant, assisting clients in their transformation journeys, either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team.
  • Collaborating with Infosys Consulting teams and/or other Infosys Delivery Units to create impactful technology and non-technology solutions, focusing on change strategy, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA, preferably as a change management specialist in technology/non-technology driven transformation programs.
  • Hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs, regardless of context.
  • Comfortable working with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Experience in developing a change strategy for large-scale transformation programs with a global reach.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
  • Strong executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Past experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms.
  • Certification in change management, such as Prosci, PCI, etc., will be an added advantage.
