Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery across Retail, Banking, and Hospitality industries.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in complex delivery roles, including development, implementation, and maintenance of systems. A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or engineering is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget results.
  • Lead a dispersed team of technologists, leveraging governance frameworks for demand management and collaboration.
  • Work closely with PMs and DMs to prioritize, plan, schedule, and execute projects.
  • Cultivate an environment of delivery excellence through coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Visio, and PPT skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
  • A strong understanding of agreements, such as Fixed Price and T&M.
  • Experience with Compliance, training, and audit requirements.
