Our organization comprises several notable units including Lady Andal IB School, Sir Mutha CBSE School, Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall and Madras Seva Sadan Higher Secondary School.

We seek a results-driven professional with experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for our multidisciplinary sports complex, Vajra. The role involves identifying, cultivating and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni and influential networks to secure funding support.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in business development and fundraising, with a proven track record in developing CSR strategies. They should also be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni and philanthropists.
  • Build and manage a database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal networks.
  • Establish target-based fundraising goals and report progress through donor tracking, engagement and donation metrics.
  • Ability to create and communicate compelling pitches and proposals to secure closures.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to create impactful presentations, events and experiences.
  • Work closely with our leadership and project team to deliver fundraising goals.
  • Represent us at networking events, donor meetings and sector gatherings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, outcome-based environment.
