Job Opportunity: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential leads through LinkedIn to build strong business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Develop outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-gen automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries.
  • Knowledge of email outreach and multi-channel lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing.
