Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect/Team Lead

As a key member of our Global Business Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and strategic initiatives.

The team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that enable us to stay ahead of the curve. As an Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect/Team Lead, you will lead by example and be hands-on in leading the design and development of GTM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions utilizing out-of-the-box functionality, leveraging deep knowledge of GTM systems features and capabilities.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including product lines and delivery management teams.
  • Create Fit-Gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solution meets requirements and product functionality.
  • Develop and design requirements for GTM systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development of technical requirements for GTM systems.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers regarding GTM systems.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Implementation project manager, solution implementation analysts, data, and other implementation team members to ensure the implementation is completed per the agreed-upon design.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mulesoft, Salesloft.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and keep pace with business offerings, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives.
  • Strong requirements, design, documentation skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good experience with requirements, dev, and PM tools, as well as overall software development lifecycle processes, tools, and technologies.
